9-8-08 In a sudden vision I was shown in profile view a silver-white haired older man riding on a running horse (from my left to my right, in viewing). Two things drew my attentions:
Firstly; his hair was quite long maybe 18-24 length, and his silvery hair flowed and bounced out behind his head, moving in the wind that was hitting him due to their forward race. As his face was towards me I saw that he had small blue eyes, in a semi-wrinkled yet pleasant, wise aged-face.
Secondly; his right arm extended out from his side, elbow slightly bent, and in his right hand he held a lit torch, having these notably wide fat flames, about 10-11 or so, high. This hand-held torch was decorative and crafted, looking like something made in old Roman or Greek times.
*I was led to note, and zeroed-in-on these two details above (silvery hairs & torch/fat flames), and so did not see with much clarity the horse this older man rode other than this running steed was light, or cream or white colored. Nor did I really note the old mans clothing other than it was not modern, and it was also light, or cream or white colored ....

In asking The Lord for understanding: I believe that there may be more insight into this vision still coming; yet I am presently assured that our Lord is depicting HIS sending of aged wisdom with illumination (revelation) in tow -- this comes in strength, moving fast.
The vision is showing in one aspect, that our God is sending (horse & rider) ,,, to those saints who so need, and ask. ... rich illumination ( torch / fat flames = rich revelation), brought by and with 'God' wisdom' ( older man -- silvery/white hairs ). So that, one message I am gleaning from this vision, is that HE, The Lord, is sending from HIS wealth; rich illumination / revelation with wisdom to those saints whom are needing, and reaching to HIM in their asking for these two.
i.e. It is one marvelous thing to receive a supernatural revelation from God, but it is even more-so grand to have that revelation brought to us with our Lord's wisdom . thus, we can know what to do, or even what not to do...... through Godly wisdom imparted to us. -- riches of heavenly wealth, indeed!
supernatural Holy Spirit revelation plus (+) wisdom = heavenly riches gained for our utilizing.
"O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! ... " - Rom 11:33a
Jesus speaks,
"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come." - Jn. 16:3
"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:..." - Eph. 1:17
