The Kingdom Of God Is At Hand And Thoughts For 2009

Hey Guys,

I thought it may be good to send out a quick update which hopefully will encourage you guys and cause a fresh Shabba to rise up in your spirits. We are having a real blast right now, God's Glory is coming pretty strong and we are finding that wherever we go the hunger and passion of God's people is causing major demands to be put on the Kingdom of God. The message that we are carrying these days is pretty simple "The Kingdom of God is at hand!" We are finding that as this Kingdom manifests the effects are profound. On Saturday we saw a lady get totally hammered by the Glory as we just talked with her, all we did was ask her one question and she buckled laughing uncontrollably on the floor as God's kingdom totally invaded her space. God really is releasing Glory carriers, as these carriers of the heavenly Kingdom show up on time and empty headed, heavenly invasions take place. This kingdom which we are carrying is one of health, wholeness, joy, peace and righteousness, Its an evil free zone which is an abrasion to the religious order. Those who manifest this kingdom are those who realise that it really is no longer them who live but Christ living in and through them. We just walk around enjoying a new existence which is simply Jesus using our bodies! We must yield our members in these days as instruments of righteousness and of the Kingdom, as we do we will be astounded by the fruit!

I thought I would share with you some thoughts which God released to me regarding 2009 at 1.30 A.M a few days back. I hadn't been thinking about what 2009 would look like or seeking a prophetic word regarding it. I was just hanging out in the Glory and God dropped into my spirit 18 points regarding the coming season and year. I haven't expanded in any way the thoughts that came, I just wrote them as I was given them and these are the thoughts I received. I was so encouraged by the thoughts as I saw pretty quickly that all of the points were regarding a manifestation of encounter, intimacy, union and communion with the Lord which He is about to release upon us. Many have cried out for this day, many have prophesied regarding it, well we are about to be the generation which sees the manifestation of it. What I received from the Lord is just a small aspect of what we are about to see released in 2009, much more will be prophesied and much more will manifest in 2009 than I have received, it seems that I received a word of encouragement for the people of God regarding a realm of union and fellowship with Him which He will release in 2009. So here's what I heard,

1. 2009 Will be a year to Find God.

2. 2009 Will be a year to apprehend Him who has apprehended us.

3. 2009 Will be a year when Jesus will come and inspect His vineyard. In 2008 we must bear fruit. In 2009 Jesus will be drawn to sample the fruit born. He will come as Lord of the Vineyard in 2009.

4. 2009 Will be a year of commissioning for those who have allowed Him to take them through the process of 2008.

5. In 2009 the fragrances of the Lord will be regularly smelt.

6. Behold He comes in 2009. Eyes will behold Him.

7. 2009 Will be a year of communion with Him where our eyes will be open to Him like those on the Road to Emmaus.

8. 2009 Will be a year when regions will be inspected by the Lord. Governments who have turned their hearts towards Him will see a "Transformational exceptional Glory."

9. 2009 Will see the train of His Glory fill some nations.

10. 2009 Will be a year of the invisible becoming more visible and a year of the tangible. Many will see the Lord in 2009.

11. In 2009 Jesus sets a table for two.

12. Get ready with your questions for Him in 2009.

13. Things will make sense in 2009.

14. 2009 Will be a year when Jesus will take us by the hand and lead us to His friends.

15. 2008 Will finish with us on our knees ready for 2009.

16. A season finishes in 2008 and a new chapter starts in 2009.

17. Scripture for 2009 is

Philippians 3 v8-14, "Yet indeed and I count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord for whom I have suffered the loss of all things,
And count them as rubbish that I may gain Christ,
And be found in Him not having my own righteousness which is from the law, but that which is through Christ, the righteousness which is from
God by faith,
That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings being made conformable to His death,
If by any means I may attain to the resurrection of the dead, Not that I have already attained or that I am perfected but I press on that I may lay hold of that for which Christ laid hold of me,
Brethren I do not count myself to of apprehended, but one thing I do is forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,
I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."

18. Persecution will increase mightily in 2009 but will produce Glory, Favour and revelation. Persecution will be like the motor which churns the milk into butter.
